This Returns and Refund Policy applies to all digital products offered through EnkelMal at enkelmal.com. Please read this policy carefully before downloading any templates.

1. Digital Products

All products offered through EnkelMal are digital downloads (Microsoft Excel .xlsx files). As digital content, these products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned.

Many of our templates are offered free of charge. For free downloads, no refund is applicable as no payment has been made.

2. EU Right of Withdrawal (Angerraett)

14-Day Right of Withdrawal: Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen), consumers within the European Economic Area have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.

However, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been delivered and where:

The performance has begun with your prior express consent.
You have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content delivery has started.

By downloading a digital product, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal.

3. Paid Products via Partner Stores

Some templates available through EnkelMal may redirect you to partner e-commerce platforms for purchase. In such cases, the refund and return policy of the respective partner store applies. Please review the terms of the specific store before completing your purchase:

4. Defective Products

If you download a template that is materially defective (e.g., corrupted file, formulas not functioning as described), we will provide:

A corrected version of the template at no additional cost.
A full refund if we are unable to resolve the issue, for paid products.

To report a defective product, please contact us within 30 days of download at [email protected] with a description of the issue and, if possible, a screenshot demonstrating the problem.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us with the following information:

Your name and email address used for the purchase.
The product name and date of purchase.
A description of the reason for the refund request.

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method.
